Heart palpitations, I’m so scared!!!

Help I’m so scared! I have anxiety and for about 3 days I’ve been having palpitations the ones where my heart is skipping beats is scaring me it felt like it had become more pungent today, didn’t feel them until after I ate, mind you I do have acid reflux. I admit I have been badly stressed and depressed through this week and no I am not pregnant, Ive been up all night can anyone help ? My mom says it’s gas & my grandma says it anxiety I am so scared!!!
