Did I fuck up?
So I found out I was pregnant yesterday but for the last month more than ever I’ve been going hard on the workouts trying to achieve my goal of 125lbs. I know I need to at least gain a little weight during the pregnancy but did I already mess up with all the planks and Russian twists and such?
