Cramping!?

Hey! I'm 9w2d today and I woke up with very slight cramping. It doesn't hurt, just uncomfortable if anything. I'm not bleeding or spotting. The cramping kind of feels like a knot. Is this normal??? 🥺

I had really bad cramps in first trimester, once it got so bad I couldn't get up at all. It takes a long while to get used to it and not worry because we have learned to associate that pain with periods. Whether the uterus is stretching (in the case of pregnancy) or contracting (periods!!), you're going to feel similar pain unfortunately. As long as you're not bleeding, please don't worry 🌹 your bubs is safe and growing each day

It normal I had alot of cramping before 12 weeks and even now at 20 weeks. Alot of it is because your uterus is stretching and expanding
