Symptoms stopped

Yesterday I noticed my symptoms weren’t as bad as they were before & today I woke up with no symptoms at all. I’m a bit worried since I had an ultrasound done two days ago & we couldn’t see the baby. I’m hoping it’s just too small to see. I don’t have a dr right now since OB isn’t taking my insurance anymore & the one I was referred to isn’t getting back to me or answering my calls. I know symptoms come & go but being high risk is really making me worry.
