Could I be further along than I think? Dye stealer

Hi ladies. A few days ago I found out I was pregnant when I was 3 days late for my period (around 16-17dpo).

Within seconds of peeing on the test, I had a blazing positive.

According to a new app I downloaded that goes off of your last period, today I am 5 weeks. I started looked up other ladies’ tests around the same gestation and they’re all faint. Could I be further along than I think???

The only reason I’m worried is because I got wasted (never drink - this was the first time I drank in like 6 months) the week after I ovulated. If I’m further along than I think, could I have hurt the development of this baby?

I’ve also read that high hcg could mean twins.

What are your thoughts?

Posting my calendar for more clarity. My grandma told me she didn’t find out she was pregnant until she was almost 5 months along because she was bleeding for 5 days every month right when her period was supposed to start. It has me freaking out a bit.
