Movement anxiety

I have too much anxiety to be pregnant I think, every time a period of time goes by when I don’t feel baby move I nearly always lose my shit. It really stresses me out. Like, right now. Haven’t felt baby since very early this morning (6 am?) and of course I’m only 24 weeks so it’s still too early to feel consistent movement but my brain refuses to recognize that fact. Just drank a small cup of coffee from Dunkin’ and still nothing 😭 why am I like this
