Venlafaxine (Effexor) Withdrawal

I’m struggling. I accidentally missed my 75mg Effexor dose for a couple days in a row and it’s killing me. I don’t want to be on the medication anymore and I didn’t realize how bad the withdrawal symptoms were. I started the med August 16th and stopped it the 31st. I got a severe migraine and nausea and went to the ER because I didn’t realize it was from the missing the med. I have been extremely nausea with migraines ever since. My anxiety is through the roof and I can’t stop crying either. I’m supposed to see my Dr on Sept 14th but idk if I can make it. Should I go back to taking 37.5 mg and very slowly taper down? Any advice? Please
