Is it likely to be twins if I got a BFP 7 days before my missed period?

I had my daughter in 2015 and am now 10 weeks with her sibling(s).

With her pregnancy, I was NEVER sick, never had any symptoms until later on around the third trimester.

This pregnancy was planned and I was testing obsessively because it was our first month TTC. I got a BFP 7 days before my missed period. I didn’t have to squint either, and I tested each day and it got darker than the control.

Also VERY early on, maybe 4-5 weeks along I got severe all day sickness, I still have it. I am so nauseous and exhausted I just lay in bed a lot of the day. I’ve also been having piercing headaches, which I never get.

Weird part is I had a dream we were having twins (the thought terrifies me tbh) and my husband told me that same day he kept seeing signs of twins. The next day two ladybugs landed on his arm.

I know this is all speculation and it’s more likely there’s one baby in there, but am I insane for having this gut feeling it’s two?
