Has this ever happened to anyone else?

So today out of nowhere I started getting a really high temperature out of nowhere and felt really nauseous. It lasted for a while and then I started getting hot and cold flushes. After a while it went away but then when I noticed when I stood up I felt really dizzy as if my eyes couldn’t focus on anything if that makes sense. And then I started feeling really hot again. It happened really suddenly and it was so weird and it’s never happened before. I got the implant about a month ago, could this be a side affect?
