Am I sick or could I be pregnant ?

On August 8, my man and I had rough sex and we went a few rounds but each time we used a condom. 2 weeks ago I started feeling funny and noticed I didn’t like certain foods anymore and I’d wake up feeling really sick but I thought it was just my period. a week ago I bled but it was more watery than usual, I had no clumps and little to no cramps which is unlike my usual periods. The nausea is to the point where i wake up in the middle of the night just to go throw up, and now i’ve started to feel really exhausted and i don’t feel hungry anymore because everything just makes me feel disgusted, my boobs have also been really veiny and i’ve noticed they look a little bigger and feel fuller. My man thinks i’m pregnant but i think i’m just sick.
