Baby position

So this could be a dumb question. But how much do babies flip and turn in the womb? I’m 25 weeks, had a private scan a week ago and was told at that time he was breach. Sometimes I only feel kicks super low down, like practically in my vagina😂 and other times I feel nothing down low at all and it’s all super high up around my ribs. Do they flip and turn that often at this stage? Or is it just a combination of feet and hands I’m feeling? It’s my second but I don’t ever remember my first being breach, he was always head down every appointment I went to and I always had high up movement!
