Where can I find basic vbac info/tips without getting overloaded?
It seems like there’s a million things you can or should or shouldn’t do.... I don’t want to get overwhelmed or stressed out about it! I just want the basics. I am almost 34 weeks and hoping for a vbac. I don’t want to be extreme on my docs and nurses but I want to be able to advocate for myself this time.
