My boyfriend hit me..

Last night was one of the worst nights I’ve ever had... back story We went to a acquaintance birthday party and we were about to leave and then he disappeared And when he reappeared I asked him where he was and he won’t answer it and told me he would tell me in the car a couple feet away I wasn’t having it so I told him to tell me and he said nothing. I wasn’t ready to get in the car until he answered he was looking for a shirt he lost and I thought that was kinda weird of him and told him so he tried to take the keys out of my hands and I wouldn’t let go of the keys. I tried to get him to stop but he didn’t I had to pull my hands out of his hands. He tried fighting me for the keys again and I ripped his shirt holding on and then his mom gets into it and tells me I’m no longer welcomed to her house and that made me lose it and I started crying and telling him that I felt so hurt. We got home and still fought that’s when he hit me in the face not once but a couple times. My face and nose are currently still bloody.. I have no family to turn to and have 2 kids. I don’t know what to do anymore. I just can’t hold it in anymore that he hits me whenever we fight.
