Where do you inject your insulin if you’re not diet controlled? Also curious how you feel about your injection site.

I have to inject myself 4 times a day and have started getting bruising on my stomach I try to not inject myself in the same area over and over but when I have to do it so often you kind of run out of options. Lol

I do my thighs and stomach. I can’t get the backs of my arms well and I don’t trust anyone else to do it. I’m only on long acting insulin at night

I alternate between my thighs, side of my stomach and the back of my arms.
