Relationship between 19 and 26 year old.

We both have birthdays coming up, so he’ll be 27 and I’ll 20 by the end of the year. We’re not pushing each other for a relationship atm and we’re fine with what we’ve got going on now, but we both really like each other and I wouldn’t mind trying in the future.

Here is what I want to know though... Is it sort of a red flag? Is it weird? I asked my sister and the word pedophile came into it... not sure what to think now. We just started talking this year and really hit it off. We share the same hobbies, interests, and we both want the same thing in life. We didn’t expect any of that when we first started talking and we didn’t start talking thinking we’d eventually date or even like each other, it was all just a surprise. Now, I’ve always preferred older men so to me it seemed fine, but now I’m not sure what to think.
