Im currently 32 wks n a few days I don’t know why I’m so scared and nervous to give birth , like the worst it popping up in my head this my first baby I’m only 18 and i know I shouldn’t be scared or nervous , and I don’t know How to cope with￼ it

Post a question on here asking about positive birth stories! Honestly my first birth was a really good experience and it was exciting! I only had painful contractions for a short while before I got an epidural and then didn’t have any pain after that 🙂 my labor was pretty short and I pushed for an hour. Baby was just over 8 lbs. it went really well! Not every birth story is scary or traumatic, try to remember that!

Believe it or not, labor and delivery with my two babies has been the greatest experiences of my life. There is just nothing like it, the feeling is so insane. The minute they lay my baby on me I tell my husband I want to do it again.😅 It’s the most intense feeling.

It’s totally normal! It’s an overwhelming feeling to accept the reality of “OH CRAP I HAVE TO PUSH THIS BABY OUT OF MY VAGINA!” It’s intimidating and you are not alone. Have you written a birth plan and talked to your doctor about it? I would encourage you to watch some positive births via YouTube. Watching them really builds my confidence as a second time mom. 🙂

Don’t look online. Don’t watch videos. Just remind yourself that women do this every day. Honestly by the end you’ll be so uncomfortable you won’t even care about labor you’ll just want baby out lol.
