Can someone help me figure out this BBT chart?

This cycle has been super irregular for me. I’m on CD 40 and usually my cycle is 28 days. I know Glow shows here that I ovulated CD 25, however, OPKs confirmed that I did not. I stopped doing OPKs after CD 24 because they weren’t showing anything so I assumed I didn’t ovulate. But now I look at this chart and I’m wondering if it’s possible that I ovulated closer to CD 30? I thought I had my period two days ago (CD 38) but it turned out to be light spotting for two days. I’d appreciate any input here! 😊
