Ovulation test strips are the accurate after the 3 minute mark?

Is it accurate after 3 mins like up to an hour or what here’s two photos same test. One taken after 3 mins and one like an hour later. Is the second one no longer accurate?

They are negative. I don't pay attention to the test until all the dye ran through. Then, that will be your results. Your not ovulating yet. Keep testing 2-3 times a day.
