Keurig k cup coffee during pregnancy?

23 weeks and I’m not sure if I’m able to drink that! I don’t really know how much caffeine it has. I’ve been drinking decaf coffee instead everyday but people are just telling me to switch to regular coffee as long as I’m under 200 mg.

It would be fine but there’s no reason to switch from decaf if you’ve gone this long with it!  I cut  caffeine and went to decaf coffee and was very proud of myself for it.

My dr told me no kore than 24 oz of caffeine a day. He told me that at one of my first appts and i am 33 wks
