What do I do

I missed 3 of the mini birth control pills in less than 2 weeks that was a few weeks ago I did have unprotected sex the night I missed the pill an pretty much every other night as well an now my period is five days late so what do I do? Do i call my doctor? Do I need to get blood work done i dont think im pregnant at least i dont feel like it well I keep feeling nauseous but i also keep having weird cramps like my period is going to start but it has yet to show what do i do
