Spotting and elevated HcG

Hi guys. First pregnancy here. I’m 4wks1d today and had my HCG tested 9/4 and it was 246 and had it retested today 9/7 and it was 621. I am having light brown spotting since the 4th. Do these HCG levels seem too high and with the spotting? Has anyone had this before?
