Breasts soft and empty

I am one week postpartum the first few days my boobs were hard and huge and I could pump 3-5 ounces at time now they are significantly smaller soft and I can only pump 1-2 ounces a session. Is my milk supply low already? What can I do to increase it? I am only pumping as my baby won’t latch
