Cervical position

Hi there, has anyone been pregnant but their cervix didnt fully close ? Was it successful? Did you have a safe delivery?

Im asking cause my cervix has been very high * can only just reach it * since july 28th 2020 to current the last time it was closed was in june to 14th july . Did insemiation on peak opk on 12th of july . My cervix has not chanced position only texture. From soft in july around ovulation , to medium . Not firm but inbetween . So this is why ive asked the question above , thanks for reading
