First prenatal visit

I am currently 7 weeks and 4 days . A lot of my pregnancy symptoms are not as intense as before and my breast soreness has gone away . I went to ER back on august 28 when I was 6 weeks and my babies heartbeat was fine and my hcg level was at 21,000 . But I don’t know now I’m scared something might be going wrong . I’m so scared I just want my baby to be okay 😔 maybe I’m just overthinking things . I can’t sleep I just want my appointment to be here already . I don’t even feel pregnant anymore . I can’t wait for my first trimester to be over ...
