sharp pain in blathe

I’ve had a weird sharp pain in my bladder/pelvis area, almost like period cramps but very mild and without any actual aching, just the sharp tingling feeling, for about two weeks. It’s not persistent, but I usually wake up at night from it and it gets better after I urinate, or just during the day but it only lasts for around an hour, it’s still barely noticeable, but It’s still causing a bit of worry and I don’t want to go to the doctor at this time. I’m not taking an medications but I am taking magnesium and multi vitamins and I’m not ovulating, on my period or pregnant that i’m aware of.
