Do/did you have a night time routine with your 7 week old?

If you can share what you do that would be great! :)

I started around 4 weeks, I breastfeed on demand so I tried to have everything done before he got hungry again because usually after the night time feed he would be KNOCKED out😂 I would give him a bath and read him a book, and rock him and sing songs and then feed him.

I started at 6 weeks because that’s when my husband had to go back to work. My oldest was the easiest. She’d get a warm bottle, a diaper change, some snuggles, and then I’d lay her in her crib in her own room. She slept through the night. She’d go down at 10:30 and wake up the next morning at 7:30
