Visitor rules during covid?

I'm sorry I know this gets asked a LOT.
But what are your rules for visitors coming to your house to see baby?
I'm not expecting a lot of people to want to come hold him, but I know it'll kill my mom if she can't come snuggle her first grandbaby. I'm so torn.

I'm in the UK, I'm not stopping family from coming and holding bubs, mask-less. 
The whole thing here in the UK is a shit show to be honest, people are allowed to mingle at bars and pubs with no masks so I don't see why my flesh and blood should be kept away at arms length. 
I've said no kissing and obviously IF anyone thinks they're showing signs of Covid (a cough 🙄) I'll ask them to hold off coming for a visit. 
This is what works for me, life's too short and family is everything. 
Everyone must use their own judgement and not impose what they are or are not doing on others- it's individual choice/preference/rules.

Not sure about after. There isn’t too much transmission in my part of Australia but my parents live around one of the few hot spots in my state :(

Hand washing, scheduled visits only. We’ve chosen not to require masks as our parents are visiting in rotation to help (primarily with our toddler), while I have the newborn and my husband is on short term deployment. We talked about masks, but as they’ll be staying in our house for 1-3 weeks, wearing a mask didn’t seem to make sense. Everyone is coming by plane, which is it’s own risk, but flying direct and midweek to try to reduce exposure as best as possible. Not ideal, but it’s the best we could do.

I’m not having anyone visit my husband and I in the hospital, my mom is upset she can’t be in the delivery room but I think it’s important for my husband and I to bond with our little princess, I plan to exclusively breastfeed but if I can’t I will formula feed. My cousin/best friend/god mother, will watch our dog at the house and meet her then my close family will be aloud to come over snd meet her if it’s a good time for us. I’m a FTM and don’t feel bad telling people no if I’m not ready

UK - we discussed with friends (as family’s living abroad they cannot travel) that they’re going to wait about 6weeks before visiting, allowing us time
to get into out own routine and stuff - if close family would live nearby and I’d known they’re being safe, they would OK to come from day 1 -
but I will ask everyone who is not living with me to wear a mask, not just for the baby, but for my husband, who is high risk too.

We are doing no visits for baby’s first two weeks. Then we are allowing family but they must call before coming, no pop up visits (this is more so because I am exclusively breast feeding and don’t want to be interrupted), they must wash hands and wear a mask when holding her. No touching hands or kissing her and if you have symptoms (coughing, fever, running nose, aches, etc.) we are asking that they refrain from coming at all. We live in a hot spot plus we are getting into flu season as well so we want to take a few measures to make sure baby is protected.

I am asking my fam to get flu and TDap (if not updated in last 10 years) for baby prior to baby's immunizations. In addition to that they basically can hold baby with mask on but no tickling face or mask less kisses and such unless they have quarantined for 14 days before hand. So far those are the rules, but subject to change!

I'm making everyone wash hands and use sanitizer before getting close. I dont want anyone besides grandparents to come visit for about 2 weeks anyways. I'll let everyone know when I want visitors, and itll be over a few weeks not just a bunch of people at once, maybe outside if the weather allows.
