Were you able to conceive with IUI?

Looking for stories of ladies who got pregnant after failing ovulation induction / timed intercourse. Just failed our third round of Letrozole (I ovulated each time and we timed BD well but no pregnancy) so I think we are moving on to IUI with letrozole. Anyone has success once switching to IUI??

I should note husband has healthy sperm thankfully. We conceived one child 2 years ago with ovulation induction and timed intercourse but not working this time.
