Dance Teachers??
Hello! This is my first pregnancy. I’m a dance teacher at 3 different studios. I teach acrobatics to children ages 4-17. Is it safe to be spotting my students for tricks? My little ones are very light and easy to spot but some of my pre-teens and teens are taller and heavier than I am. I plan to ask my doctor next week at my appointment but I was just wondering if there were any fellow dance teachers out there that have been through this?!
