Waiting on Miscarriage

This may be a touchy subject for some but I want/ need to know what happened for you?

I found out last week baby had stopped growing at 10 weeks.

My previous miscarriages I opted for medication to help everything go along. This time I want to wait and let my body do it on its own as I can not bare to take the medication again 😭

I am just curious how long it took your body to pass everything after you found out about your loss?

In your opinion do I let it happen naturally and on its own or should I just take the medication?
