Iud and pregnancy?

Has anyone gotten pregnant with an iud? I had mine put in 4 months ago. 5 months after I had my baby. I had an iud before I took it out to TTC. I had no issues then. I got the same iud inserted but it feels different. Last month my period was extremely heavy and I had a lot of clots. I was then spotting on and off the entire month. My periods always were heavy so I figured my body is still getting used to the IUD. I’ve been feeling so off since then. I feel nauseous, cramping, lower back pain, sex is uncomfortable. I just assumed I have a cyst since I’ve had them before. I see my gyno on Sunday for an ultrasound to see if it’s in place and to see why I may be feeling this way. I have the low hormone iud.

I was just curious to see if anyone has gotten pregnant. I doubt I am but just curious.
