Help idk whats wrong :(

My lil one 11 weeks & wont eat :( today she’s only eaten 7.50 oz she usually eats abot 18oz she doesn’t have a fever , she’s still smiling looks happy laughing idk wats wrong should I take her to the doctors ?!?
