I'm so confused!

Cycle buddies has this ever happened to you? So monday I had one streak of spotting.. monday would have been dpo 12. I am now 3 days late...af hasn't shown. All my tests have been negative and today I found just a little bit more spotting but nothing showing of actual period...could I be pregnant?
