Morning sickness question ?

I’m having crazy nausea, but not throwing up. Am I supposed to be? Like I wake up sick, I’m sick all day, but not actually bringing up anything. Is this normal? All I see online is not being able to keep anything down :(

Not everyone is going to vomit. Morning sickness doesn’t necessarily mean you vomit. I never threw up with any of my pregnancies. If anything I barely experienced nausea. This time I am slightly more than any of my pregnancies but I consider myself lucky compared to most. It is absolutely normal. Everyone’s symptoms are different. Google and online information is always extreme.

That’s normal! Some women throw up every day and have nausea, some only have nausea at certain times of the day and throw up occasionally, some stay nauseous all the time but never throw up, some lucky ladies have zero morning sickness. It hits us all differently. With all three of my boys, my first trimester sickness has been a little different. The one constant for me is food aversions. I hate everything 😂🥴.

I threw up once every morning for my entire pregnancy but was nauseous the entire day but not throwing up again so I would say yeah that’s normal. Take b6 3 times spread out during the day and unisome at night and that should help at least tame the nausea. I think I took 25mg per dose but you should check with your doctor. Diclegis is another option but it’s pretty much the same thing and quite expensive. I was on it with my first and with my second I just took the b6 and unisome instead and it worked just as well and saved $55 a month. The b6 usually comes in 50 or 100mg pills so you need to cut them up to get the 25mg dose.

I was nauseous the ENTIRE TIME -and still am 9mos PP and EBF. I didn’t throw up. But I also have a puke phobia. So no, it’s not necessary for a healthy pregnancy. Just consider yourself lucky 😬😜👍🏽

Totally normal! Ask your dr for Diclegis! It helped my nausea so so much and it’s safe.

It’s normal, morning sickness looks different for everyone. It’s better that you’re not throwing up! It can be an awful cycle that once it starts it dehydrates you and spirals worse
