Boob pain ☹️

I have been breastfeeding my son for 11 months now with no issues. But all of a sudden My right breast has been hurting a lot. It started as nipple pain and I thought maybe it was just sore because my son has been comfort feeding a lot (he’s teething). But then my entire breast started to hurt- not only when feeding but throughout the day. Mainly for a while after feeding/pumping. It’s extremely painful when he latches and I’m starting to think my breast isn’t emptying like it should because after pumping sometimes it still seems a little full. The other night I had a clogged duct but I was able to work it out. I’ve been massaging it regularly in the shower although don’t feel any lumps or anything. Any thoughts?
