Unisom tablet/gel question 🤯

I’ve seen a post below where a lady asked which unisom is safe to take while pregnant... and everyone said the one with Doxylamine, only in the tablet form, not the gel one.

I’ve started to have troubles falling asleep around 17-18 weeks and I bought this kind of unisom with diphenhydramine, 50 mg, gel forms, just thinking that Unisom is Unisom any kind of form. Now I am freaking out🤯 I’ve taken at least a 15-20 tablets so far, 1 per night. Currently 30 weeks.
