Has anyone purchased a mattress off of amazon? Thoughts?

Has anyone purchased a mattress off of amazon? I’m starting to set up my sons “big boy room” and I found some twin size mattresses on amazon that are a good price. But because they are cheaper than the typical mattress stores im worried it won’t be comfortable for him.
Anyone have one? If so, which one and what are your thoughts? Any tips on what to look for when purchasing a mattress online? For a 2 year old how soft/firm should it be?

I purchased one for my boys on amazon, and I had an amazing nap on it today with my boys. It was a super cheap mattress, but it had a lot of good reviews (I think I paid $120 for a full). I figured within 2-3 years we would be changing their room again, plus potty training/night time accidents, and boys just jumping all over it. We figured it would be best not spend a whole lot of money on a mattress for them just to have to replace soon. I also purchased a memory foam one for my nephew and he absolutely loves it (I think it was like $240 for a queen).  He’s a big boy and 14 years old, so if he didn’t find it comfortable he would have let me know within a day or two.

My husband and I purchased our mattress off of amazon and we love ours. What I will say is don’t rush the process of looking through the reviews and make sure you’re looking at the most recent reviews and plenty of them.
From what I remember in reading hundreds of reviews, most of the mattresses need time to expand and air out any “chemical” smells. 
Otherwise it was amazing not to have to worry about getting a truck to haul a mattress or pay an extra delivery fee on top of an over priced mattress.

I’ve purchased the zinus and signature sleep mattresses off of amazon. Both are great. They expand fully in 24-48 hours. I got mattress protectors for them.

I bought my mattress from Sam's club. It is a Zinus brand. I believe Amazon sells them too. Ive had it for a year and love it
