Any tips on how to help my kitten stop constantly biting and scratching at me and my partner??

I’m nearly 16 weeks pregnant and my emotions are so heightened and I get irritated sooo easily. Literally every time if I walk, he will run and bite me, has already taken chunks out of my legs and arms.

Every time I mention this, they say it’s just kitten behaviour, this clearly isn’t the case as every other kitten I’ve seen is not like this.

He has loads of toys he doesn’t play with, instead he likes to bite us instead. We aren’t mean to him in anyway for him to act like this. I’m just getting emotional over this as we love him sooooo much but I just dunno what to do. We are getting him neutered when he’s a little bit older, but is there anything else we can do until then??
