Is this the beginning of a miscarriage?

I’m 11&4 today and for the past 3 nights I’ve been spotting. (1st picture)
And this morning when I woke up and wiped, the blood was a little more red (2nd picture). 
There’s no blood in the actual toilet, just brown on my underwear and then whatever I wiped off. 
I’ve requested an appointment with the doctor but they’re weeks out 🙄 so I’m just trying to get your opinions.

Maybe go get checked! I never had that when I was miscarriaging, it was like a period but 100x worst!
Spotting can be normal in 1st trimester! 
If it gets heavier then I would defo get checked!

I had bleeding like that in the the 1st trimester of both of my pregnancies. My daughter is will be 2 in January and I’m 17 weeks and 3 days currently. No miscarriage yet!

Definitely doesn't seem like a miscarriage you could of had a little clot in your cervix and its just coming out but if you can't get into a doctor can you go to the hospital?

It’s not uncommon to spot during your pregnancy. It’s not bright red and your not cramping so I wouldn’t be concerned. Just relax and enjoy your pregnancy.

My friend just started bleeding and idk if you have a Negative blood type but she had to hurry and get the shot to avoid a miscarriage

Spotting and light bleeding is common in 1st trimester,it happens more than ppl think
