For all of us feeling heavy pressure like the baby is going to slip out any minute it's normal!

Braxton Hicks may become more intense as well. Now is the time to do pelvic floor exercises to make pushing smoother.

Walk as much as possible and look for any contractions that don't go away.

Walking is easier said than done for me at this point every minute I feel like I have to pee!

Relax! Go pee! Go for a walk!
