bowel movements before period!!!
my period was supposed to start today and it is okay if it doesn’t because it wouldn’t be super off but ever since yesterday my stomach has been hurting and i have been going to the bathroom so much ): is this normal?? and if so is there anything you guys do to calm it down? i want to eat and drink but it doesn’t seem appealing bc i just poop it out ):
