Annoying roommate rant 😒

So my husband & our roommates (another couple with a baby) were outside hanging out I was inside relaxing As I’m overdue with my second. My first is 1 & I got an infection in my uterus after I had my first & got extremely sick I was hospitalized for a couple weeks. I almost died.. so they were outside talking about the baby coming & my husband said I just hope she doesn’t get sick again. & my roommate (the girl) says “oh I think she was just freaking herself out last time.” Talking about my labor. Like I was just being dramatic 🙄 because I wasn’t dilating so I got sent home from the hospital to labor I was already having super intense contractions the whole day & my water broke while I was pushing & they had to dilate my cervix because I couldn’t on my own. Her labor was completely opposite from mine her water broke before her contractions even came & she dilated fast. It just irritated me to my core & I can’t get over it.. I wasn’t being dramatic that shit fucking hurt!! & I have a pretty high pain tolerance. Like I was out at a restaurant eating while my contractions were 3 minutes apart! I just had to get that out like I would never undermine someone’s birth experience. Every labor is different so you could never know how much pain someone else was in..
