PUPPS? weird red dots

I just noticed all of these small red dots on the back of my thigh and butt area.
It doesn't itch or bother me.
Any idea? I have my ob appt this Thursday

I had pupps with my first and it was terrible! It was so itchy but the rash was only where my stretch marks were.

Looks like some possible heat rash to me. Even though sometimes it tends to at least be a little tender/sore. I’ve had it between my ol big thighs before from walking a long time in shorts 🙄😂
