Shampoo reccomendations

Hi! Ok so, I have fine long hair, I have quite a bit of hair loss when washing and brushing my hair. I’m pretty sure I have excess sebum in my scalp causing this.. my hair gets greasy the day after washing so I wash, leave a day, then wash the next.

My hair gets used to shampoo quick so I keep having to switch. I’ve been using Redken extreme but don’t think it’s doing much tbh and is now making my hair greasy quick. I then used John Freda volume shampoo but same with that

So, what’s the best shampoo for fine hair thats prone to getting greasy?? My hair sometimes feels a little dry on the ends too.
