How do you position yourself for PIO shots?

So I’m 3dp5dt and chugging along with my PIO shots. I normally lay on my belly and my wife gives me the shot, but now since I *might* be pregnant should I be laying on my stomach???

You can lay on your stomach while pregnant until it’s uncomfortable, so you are fine.

I would either stand or lay on my stomach, I mostly laid down. And you’re not hurting anything at all, I slept on my belly until probably almost the second trimester:) at that point it started feeling like I was laying on a tennis ball so it felt strange. It’s still so so tiny at this point. Good luck!
