Help a sister out..... 🤦🏻‍♀️😩🤷🏻‍♀️

IUD out about 5 weeks ago. Had a period 3 days later. Started tracking as that was my period. Had a solid opk on Day 14. Fast forward: supposed to start my period today. Been tired for 3 days, like VERY TIRED! Took a hpt today and yesterday, which was clearly negative. I have ewcm so I take another opk, and BOOM! BLAZING TEST LINE! I will be doing bd again through the next few days, but I’m at a loss! Anyone have this happen? Any suggestions? Not temping right now, as I was fairly inconsistent in the beginning. Thanks all!
