Cleft lip?

Does this look like cleft lip to y’all? That was at 20 week scan. Dr never said anything but I don’t know if she’s waiting to say something until my next appointment or not

No. The water distorts the image. They can tell on the 20 weeks  anatomy scan if there was a cleft lip.

Surely they would have told u or at least given an indication at the scan if all wasn’t well

I was scared of this too. Turned out was a shadow and I was worried for nothing lol looks like the same in your case.
