Anyone get pregnant before having there period after birth? My son is going to be 3 months old on the 20th and I think I maybe pregnant again

I hadn't had my period at all after I gave birth to my son. The day after his 1st birthday, I found out I was 4 weeks pregnant. It can happen. You ovulate one time before you get a period and if it happens that you have sex during that time then you can get pregnant. However if you are only breastfeeding and the baby eats within 4 hours during the day and 6 hours at night it is 98% effective as birth control
