Need help

Hi ladies

Hope your doing well . I really need help I m going through very hard time I m pregnant about 9 weeks and I have very bad morning sickness 24/7 I was prescribed some medicine at 7 weeks which doesn’t really help I throw up all the time and constant sick feeling . I just read online that dehydration cause birth defects some days I drink very less water n less food I try to but sometimes I can’t . I m very scared now as it says dehydration causes birth defects I really need some advice n help .

Any advice will be really appreciated
