Wondering for moms who were high risk for Down syndrome based on blood work and early scan in a pregnancy . We’re you also high risk in subsequent pregnancy’s?

My daughter was high risk. First pregnancy. Amniocentesis was done but all was fine. Second daughter no high risk. 3rd daughter no high risk x

My daughter is Down syndrome, they told me the chances are high because her nuchal fold was measuring 4.3mm, the blood tests ended up coming back that I was high risk for abnormalities. I had to go to fetal medicine and they put a needle through my stomach and toke some of babys fluids, 2 weeks later it came back that she had Down syndrome and her DNA came back that she’s a girl. I’m pregnant again, and when they filled out my blood form to check for abnormalities they just ticked that I’ve had a previous pregnancy with trisomy (Down syndrome) but I was never treated as high risk, but in saying that, your chances are higher of having another Down syndrome baby they told me only because it’s happened before, but the chance of it happening again was 1% only.
